Changhua sub-station is located in the scenic Bagua Mountain 139 line, since the Republic of China since the beginning of broadcasting in 73, that is positioned as the Central Region Education Channel, over the years in the previous chief, sub-Taiwan and the enthusiasm of all walks of life with the strong support of thriving . At present, the frequency used by Changhua Sub-station is FM103.5, and Miaoli Relay Station (FM103.9), Nantou Broadcast Station (FM98.1) and Changhua Digital Information Center have been set up. The FM radio waves cover Miaoli County, Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County and Yunlin County and other regions. In 1998, the Changhua AM station (AM1494) was relocated to Taichung (jointly launched with the Han acoustic station) to improve radio transmission and transmission. The AM radio wave covers the areas of Taichung, Changhua, Nantou and Miaoli County.


In order to give full play to the characteristics of the education channel, Changhua Sub-council plans to make three programs of broadcasting such as cultivating the campus, reciprocal marketing of libraries and community media. In addition to series programs such as the general broadcasting station's education policy, the Changhua Branch focuses on local cultural and educational news reports, Information and community programs to meet the needs of pro-teachers and students in the Central Region and the programs that care for the public in education.
