臺灣的醫療相當便利，不管是大醫院還是小診所，都能就近提供醫療資源；但對於一般小感冒或是小症狀，民眾通常會到藥局去購買藥品，但在藥局購買成藥的相關英文會話要如何使用呢?

Pharmacist: | Good afternoon, Ms. Liu. How is your day? Gosh! What happened to you? |
Patient: | I just tripped myself on the stairs this morning and I guess I have twisted my ankle. |
Pharmacist: | How terrible! What can I do for you? |
Patient: | Have you got anything to deal with my pain? |
Pharmacist: | Have you been to the doctor? |
Patient: | No. Not yet. Plus, I don’t think it’s that bad. I think it’s pretty mild. |
Pharmacist: | Hmm… We’ve got this kind of gel. It helps relieve the pain. |
Patient: | Okay. I’ll get it. And I also need a pack of Band-Aids for the cut on my knee. And a pack of lozenge for my throat. |
Pharmacist: | Sure. Here you are. The total is NT$200. Hmm… But I suggest you try an ice pack first. It helps relieve the pain and reduce swelling. Then, you may apply the gel on your ankle. |
