這首探戈歌曲, 是由20世紀初阿根廷的傳奇歌王卡洛斯．加德爾（Carlos Gardel）所譜寫, 後由探戈大師皮耶佐拉 (Astor Piazzolla) 加以改編。音樂當中小提琴的旋律高雅, 有如女人的探戈舞步, 鋼琴聲則是鏗鏘有力, 有如男人的脚步, 所以彼此互相呼應, 非常有趣。在作曲者卡洛斯．加德爾離世近60年後, 因為1992 年的電影「女人香」而重新走紅。歌名「一步之遥」本來是指差一點就賭贏的意思, 但人生中有許多時候何嘗不是如此呢? 完美或遺憾, 快樂或失意, 都只是在一念之間, 只要想得開, 即使日子忙碌困難, 心情也就不同。就像踩錯了舞步, 亂了陣腳, 只要堅持, 舞還是可以繼續跳下去。「Por una Cabeza」《一步之遙》
