本集節目將從『社會情緒學習』(SEL)五大核心能力的「自我覺察力」出發 - 透過3本英語繪本、3首英文歌曲、2句英文SEL金句,以及分別給予孩子與爸爸媽媽各1句溫暖的陪伴句 - 協助聽眾瞭解「情緒是什麼?」,以及接納情緒的重要性。
This episode will begin with the “Self-Awareness” competency, one of the five core skills of Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Through three English picture books, three English songs, two SEL quotes in English, and one warm support phrase each for children and parents, we will help listeners understand “What are emotions?” and recognize the importance of accepting them.
