本集節目將從『社會情緒學習』(SEL)五大核心能力的「自我管理」(Self Management)出發 - 透過2句英文SEL金句、3本英語繪本、3首英文歌曲,以及分別給予孩子和爸爸媽媽的陪伴句 - 協助聽眾瞭解「憤怒式正常的能量」;而且,「我們有能力去管理它、轉化它」。
This episode will focus on Self Management, one of the five core competencies of Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Through two SEL quotes in English, three English picture books, three English songs, and supportive phrases for both children and parents, we will help listeners understand that "anger is a natural form of energy" and that "we have the ability to manage and transform it."
