本集節目將從『社會情緒學習』(SEL)五大核心能力的「關係技巧」(Relationship Skills)和「自我管理」(Self-Management)出發 - 透過2句英文SEL金句、3本英語繪本、3首英文歌曲,以及分別給予孩子和爸爸媽媽的陪伴句 - 協助聽眾瞭解如何從「你訊息」轉變為「我訊息」,並為自己的情緒跟需求負責。
This episode will focus on two of the five core competencies of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) — Relationship Skills and Self-Management. Through two English SEL quotes, three English picture books, three English songs, as well as companion phrases tailored separately for children and for parents, the program will help listeners understand how to shift from using "You-Statements" to "I-Statements" and take responsibility for their own emotions and needs.
