本集節目將從『社會情緒學習』(SEL)五大核心能力的「社會覺察」(Social Awareness)和「負責任決策」(Responsible Decision-Making)出發 - 透過2句英文SEL金句、2本英語繪本,以及分別給予孩子和爸爸媽媽的陪伴句 - 協助聽眾認識、尊重,並且保護身體界線;同時,也協助聽眾瞭解如何勇敢表達自己的界線。
This episode will focus on two of the five core competencies of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) — "Social Awareness" and "Responsible Decision-Making". Through two English SEL quotes, two English picture books, and companion phrases designed separately for children and parents, the program will help listeners recognize, respect, and protect body boundaries. At the same time, it will guide listeners on how to courageously express their own boundaries.
