第十三集(EP13):不完美也很好。

單元介紹

本集節目將從『社會情緒學習』(SEL)五大核心能力的「自我覺察」(Self-Awareness)和「自我管理」(Self-Management)出發 - 以訪談的形式 - 透過2句英文SEL金句、2本英語繪本,以及分別給予孩子和爸爸媽媽的陪伴句,來跟聽眾一起探索何為「準確的自我認知」(Accurate Self-Perception),意即:「能夠不帶批判地,真實看待自己的優點、缺點,以及所有的不完美」。

 

This episode begins with two core competencies of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) — "Self-Awareness" and "Self-Management" — and takes an interview-based format. Through two English SEL quotes, two English picture books, and a set of accompaniment sentences designed respectively for children and for parents, the program invites listeners to explore what "Accurate Self-Perception" means — that is, "the ability to see oneself truthfully and non-judgmentally, recognizing one’s strengths, weaknesses, and all imperfections".

「我在感到挫折,但我會為自己的情緒負責,並給自己一個重新開始的機會。」(I feel frustrated, but I will take responsibility for my feelings, and give myself a chance to start over.)
