集元果觀光工廠內專業的「香蕉生態園區」，裡面遍植超過百種的國內外蕉類，包括玫瑰蕉、皇后蕉、蛤蠣蕉等「食用蕉」，以及紅鳥蕉、黃連蕉、大花美人蕉等「觀賞蕉」，是目前全台唯一的香蕉生態農園。
The professional "Banana Ecological Park" is planted with more than 110 kinds of domestic and foreign bananas, including "edible bananas" and "ornamental bananas". It is currently the only banana ecological farm in Taiwan.
針對事先預約的團體遊客，農場提供一系列遊賞活動，包括認識山蕉生態的戶外導覽、感受蕉農日常生活的香蕉收割體驗，以及利用山蕉製作果醋、披薩、蛋糕、餅乾等的各式食農DIY活動。
此外，來到「生產製程大樓」還有各種香蕉加工食品可以大快朵頤，包括山蕉捲捲酥、金蕉條、蕉叔薯……，都是不添加香精、人工色素、防腐劑的絕佳伴手禮。如果覺得不夠滿足，還能就地享用「蕉農割蕉料理」，從山蕉阿拜(原住民肉粽)、山蕉咖哩雞等餐飲中，充分感受結合當地生產與飲食文化的山蕉饗宴。
