Broadcasting time: Every Monday to Friday 20:00-20:30
\n\nIn recent years, there have been nearly 550,000 new immigrants coming from all over the world in Taiwan. Why do they come here? In fact, like everyone else in Taiwan, they all want to find happiness in their lives.
\n\nCross-national marriage is a global social phenomenon, but it is often seen as a "problem" in Taiwan. The new immigrants should be a valuable asset to Taiwan society that instills multiculturalism, not a problem or a burden to society. We believe that if a friendly environment is created, and with the help of various learning resources, the new immigrants in cross-national marriages will be able to settle down in Taiwan and contribute to the future of Taiwan.
\n\nSince 2017, the program has been entirely hosted by new immigrants, inviting two new immigrants from Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Cambodia to pair up as co-hosts each day, to highlight the differences and diversity of cultures, perspectives and life experiences, and to stimulate mutual appreciation and integration between them.
\n\nThe program is designed from the perspectives and personal experiences of the new immigrants themselves and uses their native languages to bring them closer to each other. To let the new immigrants from all over the world listen to the program every day and develop the habit of listening to it, the program is hosted bilingually, the common language of the new immigrants in Taiwan and Mandarin, the main language of communication.
\n\nThe program is rich in content and close to the various aspects of the lives of the new immigrants. Through daily companionship, it helps the new immigrants to manage their lives, settle mentally and physically, and understand and integrate diverse cultures as a basis. We hope that the relationship between the new immigrants and their families and the society will become more and more harmonious and that they will cultivate and develop their talents so that happiness will become more and more real!
\n\nThe program includes Happiness Little Notes, Happiness Academy Thematic Period, Music of the Homeland, and Wisdom of the Homeland.
